Ceiling fans in the BR’s and living areas. Laundry room (shared by only 4 units), a fenced solar heated community pool, and a basketball court. TWO nice sized bedrooms: one with CAL KING sized bed and the other with QUEEN bed. Both have mirror closet doors. Cottage condo opens to large grassy area with crisp ocean breezes and has a private courtyard with propane BBQ, patio table and umbrella. Air conditioning in Family Room. Internet, GoogleTV, HOA, Pool, Gardener, Water and Trash Pick Up is Included.

“I have stayed at Joanne’s place for 3.5 months during 2023-2024. It is a beautiful 2br house in a quiet and welcoming community. The house is equipped with everything traveler would dream of and need for a comfortable stay.

It takes you just 8 minutes to drive to the beach and enjoy the ocean. Also, it is a short drive to the vibrant Huntington Beach, that is outstanding. Grocery stores, like Traders Joes and Albertson are in walking proximity, so is Starbucks, number of the cafes and restaurants.

Joanne is a very kind host. She was fast to reply to every question, provided assistance, and made me feel like home. I recommend everyone to stay at Joanne’s and enjoy both warm hospitality and home away home in Orange

County.”

We spent almost two months in the property when we moved from the East Coast to California, and had to house hunt for our "forever" home. Joanne was a fantastic host, making sure we had everything we needed upon arrival and throughout our stay, including running a pin over for the basketball pump when she noticed it was a bit flat right before we checked in. The patio was our haven as we navigated living in a new state, had to make some big decisions about where to buy, etc. Being so close to Bolsa Chica State Park gave us a quick escape every weekend and at night for sunsets. Trader Joes was a 2 minute drive (or 10 minute walk) away for whatever groceries we needed. And the salt water swimming pool in the complex was fantastic and always the perfect temperature. Our two kids couldn't get enough, which meant we went almost every day.

The beds were comfortable and the internet was strong enough for my husband and I to both work from home, while the kids played outside before school started in the fall.

If you are looking for a comfortable place for a short-term stay or even a few months-this is the place!

This is a lovely place to stay, inside and out! We rented this cottage for two summer months as a "home away from home" for my 96-year-old mom and took turns staying with her while our local family's home was being remodeled. It was perfect. The location is easily accessible to the beach, shopping, and eating spots. Parking close to the cottage was always available. The grounds are beautiful and quiet (the lawn and trees outside the cottage are remarkable and the small patio with blooming bougainvillea and string lights in the evening is a special delight). Cottage amenities are plentiful and high quality, with lots of special touches. And Joanne is an amazing hostess. Highly recommend!

Joanne’s place was just lovely. My husband and I stayed for a month and felt right at home. The area is wonderful and all of the neighbors are very friendly. Only about a 5 minute drive from the beach! Joanne was a great host and very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here if you’re in Huntington Beach!

We had a great stay! I found Joanne to be accommodating, a great communicator, and proactive on what our potential needs were. We were here for six weeks and found that everything we needed was in the kitchen, so we were able to cook our own dinners and eat outdoors - so nice to be able to take advantage of the weather!

The community was friendly, but quiet at night - it was awesome!

There was a Trader Joe's super close, which was incredibly convenient. In addition, loved that there were bikes and all the accessories we needed for easy bike trips.

I'd highly recommend staying here!
